  • Grew the Benelux and Nordics territory to €15M across a focused book of 20+ accounts in high-tech, industrial, automotive, and energy.
  • Closed a €10M program agreement. Ran the negotiation across procurement, engineering, and supply chain, and locked in multi-year volume as preferred supplier.
  • Sat with OEM and EMS design engineers on application requirements, and turned that technical credibility into design-in wins that shipped faster.
  • Built pipeline from scratch with cold calls, vertical mapping, and outbound prospecting.
  • Ran business development end to end for a B2B EV-charging platform, and set the go-to-market for European entry.
  • Built partnerships across utilities, real estate, and automotive.
  • Won €100,000 from the Postcode Loterij and took Best Business Idea in E-Mobility, Europe, in front of independent investor panels.

  • Proposed the conceptual design of a GW-scale green-hydrogen electrolyzer plant, and chased CAPEX down by testing containerized versions of the stack.
  • Worked through plant architectures and an up-numbering strategy, weighing modularity, pre-assembly, and order-quantity discounts.
  • Ran the numbers bottom-up: cost, availability, reliability, safety, and transportability of each design.
  • Built and upscaled the digital twin of a Rankine Compression Gas turbine in MATLAB, and pushed model efficiency up 17% at 40 kWe and 250 kWe.
  • Modeled the compressors, heat exchangers, and turbines, and ran transient analysis on the cycle.
  • Talked to clients on product customization, and represented Heat Power at business forums.
  • Lifted operational efficiency 15% and cut energy use 12% with data-led process changes and preventive maintenance.
  • Ran cross-functional engineering teams, and pushed up reliability, utilization, and throughput on the floor.
